孫利平，1954年生于貴州。1985年結(jié)業(yè)于廣州美術(shù)學(xué)院雕塑專業(yè)?，F(xiàn)為貴州省城市雕塑室專業(yè)創(chuàng)作人員，國(guó)家一級(jí)美術(shù)師，城市雕塑創(chuàng)作設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)證書持有者。中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)雕塑學(xué)會(huì)理事，貴州省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，貴州省雕塑藝術(shù)委員會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)，貴州畫院學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員，貴州省城市雕塑建設(shè)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員，貴州民族學(xué)院聘為美術(shù)學(xué)院客座教授。出版有《山風(fēng)——孫利平雕塑作品選》。

Sun Liping was born in Guizhou in 1954. He graduated from the department of sculpture of Guangzhou Fine Arts Academy in 1985. Currently he is the National First-class Artist, the member of Chinese Artists Association, the councilor of Chinese Sculpture Institute, the secretary general of Guizhou Province Sculpture Committee. Main Exhibitions: ‘The 2nd National Youth Art Exhibition’ , 1980; the 7th, 9th and 10th ‘National Fine Arts Exhibition’, 1989, 1999, 2004; ‘Contemporary Chinese Sculpture Grand Exibition’, 1997; ‘National Art Exhibition for the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China’, won the excellent prize, 2001; the 2nd art prize awarded by Guizhou Province government in 2004.
